Shipping: Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Items are shipped by United States Postal Service using either Priority Mail or Parcel Post, depending on which you choose.
Refund/Returns Policy: All sales are considered final. Exchanges are accepted provided we have the item in stock. If you would like to exchange an item you will be expected to pay the cost of shipping (unless we make a mistake with your order.)

We offer USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post. Priority mail is a 2-3 day service in the United States and 6-10 days for most international destinations. Parcel Post is a 4-6 day service inside the United States and at least 10 days to most other countries. In most cases we will ship your item the day after your order is received.
- What size should I order?
Our t-shirts are standard American size, made by Gildan. Click here to view their size chart. They run slightly larger than European sizes but we still recommend you order the same size you would normally wear. Our beanies are one size fits all and are about 8" in length.
- I don't have PayPal, do you accept other forms of payment?
Right now we can only accept PayPal or a check by mail. If you would like to pay by check please contact us at info@theUDstore.com before placing your order.
